Customer Analytics

Targeting DER interventions with maximum value for the system and end customer is key to successful DER led transformation. Vrinda has developed a four-step customer analytic process to identify DER opportunities.

The ability to target DER opportunities with the customers which can maximize value is critical to justifying cost-benefit of investments in DER. Our practical customer analytics approach to look for opportunities from market, customer type, load and customer relationships lenses identify technically feasible potential valuable customer targets.

We have helped our clients develop customer databases with key attributes for identifying flexibility and DER opportunities. This, coupled with our deep understanding of power markets, business needs and technical analysis capabilities, has provided clients with target locations and customers with maximum opportunity for DER project deployment.
