Shikha established Vrinda in 2011. She is an electrical engineer and for the past 15+ years has focused on geographical information system technology implementation with a focus on the road transportation sector.
Navneet Trivedi
Co-Founder and COO
Navneet focuses on strategy and operations for the firm. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the energy and utility industry, having worked in 7 countries and with over 100 utilities.
Jenna Lewein
Manager
Jenna is a Manager at Vrinda Inc, focused on DER-led business model transformation. She brings an exceptional understanding of energy policy and analytics to every project.
Ana Sofia Guajardo
Business Analyst
Ana Sofia is a Business Analyst with experience in clean energy transition, and data-driven analysis. Experienced as a Civil Engineer, and Graduate in Public Administration from School of International & Public Affair (SIPA) from Columbia University in New York. Ana Sofia is specialized in strategic project management, data analytics, policy and regulatory analysis. Ana Sofia was an operations manager for the Cartegena green hydrogen project as part of Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University program.

Sandra is a Project Coordinator with Vrinda Inc., assisting with project coordination and Department of Energy focused grants and lending programs. Sandra has seven years of civil design experience with engineering design firms and 12 years of experience in the construction management field with Verizon, a major telecommunications utility in New York City
