Much debated FERC 841 order - Electric Storage Participation in Markets Operated by Regional Transmission Organizations and Independent System Operators is turning into a fight between developers and ISO. Utilities are largely neutral or aligned to ISO. We believe it is a great opportunity for utilities to expand distribution level markets by welcoming distributed resources and increase their say in power markets.
