Shikha Trivedi
Founder and CEO

Shikha founded Vrinda Inc. in 2010 with nearly 13 years of experience in information technology industry, software development and GIS solutions. Shikha has designed and developed road network data integration solutions for a state department of transportation (DOT) in the United States. Her commitment, dedication and quality of service has led this to be more than a 5-year ongoing contract.
Prior to founding her own company, Shikha worked with Intergraph Corporation as a member of the Technology Architecture and Innovation (TA&I) group, where she was involved in designing the next generation Intergraph product line. She wrote and presented a paper titled "Insight into GML" at GML Days 2005 user conference at Vancouver in July 2005. Shikha is an Electrical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the utility, road transportation and technology sectors.

Padma Tata
Associate Director
Padma is a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.), Project Manager and People Leader with 20 years of experience leading large-scale, multimillion-dollar energy infrastructure and technology transformation projects for major North American natural gas and electric energy providers, ensuring high quality project delivery.
Padma has demonstrated the ability to define and manage overall project budget, scope, schedule, and risks, and steer day-to-day project management; collaborate and align with stakeholders, specialists and consultants to ensure optimized project delivery and achieve business goals; breakdown and communicate complex issues and to various audiences; and develop and lead multi-disciplined, high-performing teams.

Ben Margolis
Financial Modeling Specialist
Ben is a Consultant with Vrinda Inc. focused on financial modeling & business model development. Ben brings deep expertise in renewable energy technologies, both in terms of their development and their deployment. Ben has over a decade of experience in renewable energy development and business development including working on engineering, financing and sales solutions for several large-scale commercial solar developers and founding a company focused on providing financing solutions for residential energy efficiency to small municipal utilities.

Ben holds an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Navneet Trivedi
Co-Founder and COO
Navneet has more than 30 years of international energy and utility sector experience and has worked with over 100 utilities in seven countries (North America, Latin America and Asia) across the entire value chain of the utility industry. Navneet has worked with the world’s largest management consulting and technology firms, and has experience engaging with policy makers, regulators, utilities, and multilateral funding agencies to develop the power sector in both developed and emerging markets.

Navneet has a passion for new business and market development and has strong subject matter expertise across the utility value chain, ranging from strategy, operations, renewable integration, smart grid/ smart city, analytics and utility performance improvement.

Navneet has held leadership positions with Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers in North America and Asia, where he was responsible for business development, business strategy and operations consulting. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Navneet held a number of positions in the industry ranging from grid automation design and implementation, to power plant and transmission and distribution network design and construction.
Navneet holds a master’s degree in renewable energy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, as well as a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and business certificate from Columbia University, New York.

Bonny Xavier
Business Analyst
Bonny Xavier is a Business Analyst in the Energy and Utility Advisory Group. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from The Grove School of Engineering, City College. He has worked on numerous projects related to the implementation of distributed energy resources (DERSs) and the electrification of trucks fleets in New York City. Bonny is interested in developing zero-emission infrastructure and will help create and manage programs related to DERs. demand response, and fleet electrification.
